Reserving Your Cruise
A deposit of 50% of the estimate is required at the time the charter is scheduled… The balance due at the beginning of the charter.
A limousine service can be provided to bring you and your party from one of our many rendezvous locations to the yacht, if at the dock meeting arrangements, are difficult (traffic, parking, crowds, or Coast Guard restrictions).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations earlier than 15 business prior to the charter are entitled to a full refund of the deposit (less or expenses incurred). Cancellations between 10 and 15 business days prior to the charter are entitled to a 50% refund of the deposit (less expenses incurred). Cancellations less than 10 business days prior to the charter forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Should weather conditions (as determined by the Captain) be severe enough that the safety of the passengers, crew, and vessel are at risk the charter may be cancelled and the full deposit returned… If the charter is cancelled because of mechanical or safety issues with the yacht, the full deposit will be returned and you will receive a voucher for a discounted cruise at another date.
